About the role
AAZ AVIATION is seeking a Flight Dispatcher, who will be involved in the daily management of flights. The company is seeking a professional and dedicated candidate who enjoys working in a challenging environment and can contribute to the company's medium- and long-term development.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Planning crews and daily flights in our integrated operational management system. From creating crew schedules to conducting flights and collecting activity data, this highly cross-functional task covers the company's entire daily activity.
- Managing expenses and invoices related to flight operations. All of AAZ Aviation's activities inherently generate a set of operational expenses and invoices, which we diligently monitor to best control our costs and budget.
- Flight tracking. AAZ Aviation has equipped itself with advanced tools to track its aircraft fleet in real time. Knowing the position and attitude of each aircraft is essential to be able to respond immediately to the many needs inherent to our business and to react in the event of irregularities.
- Geophysical flight plan planning. The company's geophysical aerial surveillance activity must be planned in advance of each mission and requires regular work to make the associated flights as efficient as possible.
